Science and Religion—Renunciation or Reconciliation?
The subject of the relationship between science and religion has received a good deal of attention in the media and in book publication in recent years.  Atheists such as Richard Dawkins have argued forcefully that religion is completely false and a major detriment to the world, while Christian apologists have, with equal vigor, asserted the opposite.  The topic is a fascinating one in that the scientific world  continues to thrive, and the religions of the world likewise are experiencing vitality.  How is it that science and religion are flourishing simultaneously?
